Accessibility 'compliance' of Eclipse [message #468590] Wed, 11 March 2009 01:07 Go to next message

Hi,

My company has a banking product which is bundled with Eclipse (for some
customers).

We are defining the 'Accessibility compliance' of our product based on the
follg. guidelines:
a) WCAG 2.0 (by WWW Consortium)
b) DDA (Disability Discrimination Act) in the UK
c) Section 508 in the US

Can anyone in this forum let me know if Eclipse also follows any of these
guidelines? We will advice our clients accordingly.

['Accessibility' here refers to how accessible the product is to the
physically challenged.]

Please let me know in case of any queries.

Regards,
Naveen.

It aimed to cover the US section 508 and IBM accessibility checklist
(http://www-03.ibm.com/able/guidelines/index.html).

Thanks,
