Why does the launcher icon customisation not work ? I am using Eclipse
3.1.0. If i specify a single ICO file for win32, the appliation still
deploys with the Eclipse logo ?

Look in eclipse.platform.rcp newsgroup. It has something to do with the
number of colors in the icon. As far as I remember you should specify one
for 16bit colors and one for 32bit colors..
