Hi Yogesh,

i'm wondering if this behaviour could not be expected and wanted. If a component is disabled it is not really expected to show a tooltip which normally gives advice on what a component, e.g. a button is supposed to do, i.e. which action it triggers. So i don't think this is a real misbehaviour. It could be deliberately implemented that way.
Perhaps you should post this question again in the eclipse swt mailing list.

Greetings
Sebastian

This is the correct platform behavior (assuming you are on Windows).
