I have a tree with a treeviewer.

There is a node that I want to always show the little plus sign, to indicate
that you can always expand it.

After you expand it, then some server is called and the I add the results to
the model.

How can I show a node is expandable if there really is nothing underneath
it?. I used to always add a stub node to the model and then replace the stub
node with real results but that solution got very messy.

thanks
