Platform specific language packs [message #459925] Fri, 08 December 2006 16:56

I'm starting to work on an RCP application that requires i18n support, and
I noticed that there are two RCP language packs. There's one for Windows
and one for Linux/Solaris (not sure which I would use for Mac OS X).

My question is, how are people setting up multi-platform build
environments using these packs? The plugins in the each packs have
identical names, so there can only be one in the build target.

From my point of view, the best solution would be to combine these packs
into one. Is there some technical reason this can't be done?

Thanks for any help,
