Can't get SWT palette on Eclipse 3.0.1 [message #459077]

I am working with Eclipse 3.0.1. I have installed the Visual Editor
plug-in.
When I run that VE, I can get the SWING and the AWT palette, but no SWT
palette. I don't understand. With Eclipse 3.1, I am having easily the tree
palettes.

Has anybody an idea ?
