I've added JQuery as a User Library and added the library to my project
but don't see any JQuery methods in Content Assist. What am I missing?

Do you have a concrete example of one that's missing? It's possible
that jQuery uses a mechanism for declaring types that we don't
support properly, which would make it unlikely that JSDT would bind
methods to them correctly, too.
