As for contexts stored locally on your computer, they get
migrated/refactored when you change the repository url of the associated
TaskRepository. As for the problem you are seeing when retrieving from a
remote repository, this should not be the case as the contexts should be
retrieved and named based on the repository being downloaded from. If
you are still seeing this problem, please submit a new bug report so we
can investigate this for the up coming Mylyn 3.0 release.
