Mac OS X 10.3.9 and MouseEvent [message #454192]

Hello,

I have updated Mac OS X to 10.3.9. Since then, I can't get the MouseMove
event to work anymore. Event is not fired unless mouse bouton is down?

Do you have a stand alone snippet that show the problem? If so, please add
it to the bug report.
