Hi,

is there's a way to set the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen
(and the menu bar on top)?

No. The default order you get is that of the regular native Pocket PC WinCE
3.0 and above devices.
If for some reason you want to run into the older emulated Pocket PC mode,
you can try rebuilding the SWT native library without the following option
in the org.eclipse.swt/Eclipse SWT PI/win32/make_wince.mak file. Though I'm
not sure why one would want to run in that old emulated/compatibility mode.
-subsystem:windowsce,3.00
