Hi Christian,
Epsilon does support model transformation and in fact it also provides a
language (superset of the transformation language) that directly
addresses model merging.
Two examples of model transformation and merging using Epsilon are
available in http://www.eclipse.org/gmt/epsilon/doc/examples.php
("Transforming an Object Oriented model into a Relational Database
model" and "Merging two Object Oriented models" respectively).
Please feel free to ask any further questions about Epsilon in the
eclipse.epsilon newsgroup which I've included in this reply.
