Hello,
I'm using the latest (3050) SWT for the j9 JVM. Programs run
smoothly, except that two top bars appear instead of one, that is,
there's one bar with the Start menu, the title of my program window and
the usual WM2003 icons, and a second bar is displayed right below, once
again with the title of my window and the OK (or Close) icon.
This is odd as well as quite problematic. Maybe some older versions of
the SWT are bug-free. Any link to one of those is welcome.
I hope this is the right newsgroup so please redirect me if this not the
case.

Sincerely yours,

Guillaume Godet-Bar

Hello,

if I understand your problem right I think I had a similar problem. Please
check which styles you are using for the shell.
If the style SWT.TITLE is set, two windows title bars are displayed!

See my discussion with Christophe Cornu with the title "PocketPC: size of
dialog".

Bye Stefan

You nearly pinpointed the problem. In fact I resized the shell to the
PPC dimensions in order to do some debugging under XP, and that made the
panel act as a moveable, resizable window when transfered to my PPC
(same as if i used SWT.TITLE).

Thanks for your help!

Guillaume
