Starting JBoss in Eclipse [message #444184]

Hey Guys,
I've been working with Eclipse for some time now, and recently, when I tried to publish a project to the server (JBoss v4.0), it told me that there was some type of Null Pointer and that it could not publish. So, searching out a solution, I was told to update the WST and JST packages. I did. I actually updated pretty much everything I could with Eclispe. Well, that helped, but now I get another error that does not have any online help:

An internal error occurred during: "Starting server - JBOSS4.0".
org.eclipse.wst.server.core.IServer.getStartTimeout()I

Any ideas?
