I've been wrestling with the name for this one. It's more than "Eclipse
Plug-in Developer", and more than "Eclipse RCP Developer", but both of
those titles sound way sexier.
Like the "Java Developer" package, I'd like to see the inclusion of the
web tools XML editor.
The "Default RCP target" is a separate directory with the RCP SDK
installed along with the platform deltas pack.
The configuration should specify reasonable "-Xmx" and "-XX:MaxPermSize"
values.

How about we call it Eclipse RCP/Plug-in Developer package. I don't think
we should call it SDK since that might confuse people into thinking it is
the platform SDK.
