Preliminary documentation for the Dali plugin is now available:
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=135070

This includes the User Guide (PDF) and online documentation/help plugin
JAR.

Yes, there are still several holes and missing information. As the
features continue to be developed, the docs will be updated as well. Thanks
