When did that behavior appear? I don't want the build to stop just
because a class could not be resolved. This is equivalent to "Stop on
first error". I want to see all the errors, not just one file at a time.

Crap. I unchecked the option, which did a full build. At the end of the
build I still have the message "The project was not built because the
build path was incomplete...". The option is still unchecked.
