http://www.eclipse.org/ohf/
and the wiki that you can find from that page
http://wiki.eclipse.org/index.php/OHF are good places to start.

Thanks Jesse!

Hi Shane -
These are the two key entry points to learning more about OHF. OHF is an
Eclipse project with very diverse sub-projects: from IHE
implementations, to HL7 messaging tools, to service oriented divice
support to epidemic modeling tooling and applications. Most of these
sub-areas have website and wiki documentation. The newsgroup - which
you've found - is also a resource for guiding you to the technology in
ohf that you need and for user questions.

hope this helps,
- Sarah
