Where is the agent controller [message #41767]

Hi All,

I am just getting started with TPTP and was trying to test it after
installation. However, I cant find the Agent Controller (if there is one
installed with TPTP). I find lots of documents about how to use and
configure the AC but none tells me how to obtain one? Where can I get it?
Is there an OpenSource implementation ?
