Hi Kimon,
You should re-configure your wizards from Preferences->Epsilon... In the
latest version, instead of the file extension you should specify the
namespace URI. I will update the screencast and the related docs shortly.

Thank you for your help! Indeed, all I had to do is replace the the file
extension with the metamodel's namespace URI.
