Hi all,
I'm working in a development team here and was in search of a eclipse
plugin that would make some m2t tranformations. I was very excited when i
found MOFScript and started to learn it. But i have some doubts, and i
will be very grateful if you can help me.
I was trying to install MOFScript, so i updated my Eclipse with the
MOFScript version 1.3.0, everything has gone well but i wasn't able to
generate m2t files (the new->mofscript file didn't appear in the wizard).
So i tried to install a previous version (1.1.1) and it worked. If i use
the 1.1.1 version will i lose any MOFScript's funcionalities?? Did i do
something wrong?
Sorry to bother you all (this is only the first time =D) and thanks!

Hello,
Thanks Mr. Olsen. I tried the 3.4 modeling eclipse and it worked perfectly
with the 1.3 MOF version.
Now, is there some kind of a tutorial where i could learn MOFScript from
the beginnning? I wish something more "basic" than the user guide 0.6
instead of coming here all time and bothering you. Thanks

Hello Diego,
I am not sure what went wrong, but if you have a new eclipse installation of
Eclipse3.4 Modeling, and uses the update site at www.modelbased.net it
should work.
The 1.1.1 version was used with Eclipse 3.1/3.2, and there have been several
bug-fixes and new features since then.
I would strongly recommend that you try to get the latest version working.
And if you can, make a new installation of Eclipse 3.4 (Modeling Bundle)
from http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/
-Download and install Eclipse 3.4 Modeling Bundle
-Run MOFScript Update Site
Cheers,
G
