Our product is feature-based and we are in the process of migrating it
from being based on Eclipse 3.3 to Eclipse 3.4. I've updated my target
platform and confirmed that I can launch the product from the IDE, but
the .product file still contains references to the old feature version
numbers from Europa features.
Is there any automatic or easy way to update that .product file so that
the version numbers of the features match my current target platform? Or
do I have to re-add all of the features (I certainly hope not)?
TIA,
Eric

Chris,
I think the best UI I can think of would be a Synchronize button or
link, that would do the work for me. Either automatically or with a
wizard that showed the potential changes. It doesn't seem like that
would be too much work to implement, to my conveniently uninformed eye ;-)
Want an enhancement request in Bugzilla for this?
