Hi Jean-Jacques,
if you want to generate BPEL, maybe you should look at the BPEL editor,
and ask the question on their newsgroup.
I don't think there are currently plans for such a project.
You could very well build something on top of the UML state machine
diagram editor.
Please let us know if you would like to contribute to STP, and we will
help you starting up.
