hi,
im wondering how i could stop eclipse from overwriting my own
configuration of the tomcat launching :
these are my own config:

-Dcatalina.home="C:\BI\tomcat"
-Djava.endorsed.dirs="C:\BI\tomcat\common\endorsed"
-Dcatalina.base="C:\BI\tomcat"

after saving hitting apply and ok when i reopen the same configuration
menu i get this :

-Dcatalina.home="C:\BI\tomcat"
-Djava.endorsed.dirs="C:\BI\tomcat\common\endorsed"
-Dcatalina.base="C:\EES\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.wst.server.core\tmp1 "

any idea how i can stop this please??

greeting and thanks!
yassine

Hi Yassine,

I have no idea how to help you directly.

However it seems that your problem is related to WST (I guess that from
this configuration path :
C:\EES\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.wst.server.core\tmp1),
so maybe you should ask about this on the wtp newsgroup.

Best regards,
