Can't open classes via Plugin Spy anymore :( [message #372607] Wed, 29 July 2009 10:01 Go to next message

A few days ago I could investigate the source of plugins via the Plugin
Spy (Shift+Alt+F1). But today I click on a class in the spy and nothing
happens. I only can open the plugin.xml from the Plugin spy. Can I
activate it anyhow? I'm using Galileo Modeling Edition.

best regards,
Gilbert

for example, a few days ago, I investigated the source of the
XMLMultiPageEditorPart - the XML editor. But today it isn't possible.
And when I press Strg+Shift+T to open a type the XMLMultiPageEditorPart
won't be displayed. Seems that I lost the sources anyhow? But how and
why? And how will I get them back?

Have you installed the related SDK from the Eclipse Update site? Try
importing the related plugin into your workspace, as described here:

the confusing fact is that it worked some days ago. I have the Modeling
Edition installed and on the download site you can see that it includes
the sources for the Ecore Diagram Editor for example. But now I can't
access them. It just happens nothing when I click on the link in the
plugin spy.
