I have downloaded the STEM software but since i am not trained in software
development I can't judge wether it is easy to construct your own
scenarios and geographical structures. I have followed the Cuba example
given in the tutorial but i would like to know if it is possible to easily
load geographical data into the program and from that construct a graph
structure?

Martin,
I think you're asking if you can create your own graph structure based
on a your own data set. The answer is "Yes", but right now you need to know
how to integrate your data set with those internal to STEM, and that is a
software development task.

Could you give a bit more detail of what your data set looks like and what
you'd like to do and maybe we can figure out what to do next.
