Hi!
I have updated my project with RAP M5 today and now I have some problems
with event handling. For instance, focus lost events and table selection
events are not delivered anymore... Last week (with CVS version from
Monday), however, it was working nicely!
Is there any change in the usage of these events or could that be a
side-effect of other enhancements in M5?
Thanks,
Gernot

I encountered the same problem with focus events, but I couldn't
reproduce it. It occurred that there was a Display with client-side id "w2".
Can you reproduce the reported behavior and - if this is the case -
provide a standalone code snippet?

The "outside" usage of events hasn't changed, this must be a side-effect
of changes towards M5.

Hi Gernot,
I can now reliably reproduce the behavior, so this shouldn't be too far
from a solution...

Hi Rüdiger!
Oh, that sounds good! I noticed that if I start my application and I
connect with the first client (first session), this problem occurs. If I
reload and connect again (second session), then everything works nicely as
before...
Could it be some initialization problem..?!?
Ciao,
Gernot

Hi Gernot,
some parts of RAP rely on the fact that the Display has a client-side Id
of 'w1'. Under some circumstances this wasn't the case anymore. This is
why some events weren't delivered.
I just committed a fix to CVS HEAD that solves the problem. It would be
nice if you could verify that your problem is actually solved and give
feedback if not.
Cheers,
Rüdiger

Hi Rüdiger!
Thanks for the fix! I can confirm that the events for my text fields
(focus lost, etc.) are now working again.
I still have a problem receiving selection events from my table, but I
need to debug it in detail. This might be also my mistake...
