Previously I have been using Subclipse for connection to Subversion in
Eclipse, however to be honest I don't find it a very friendly or helpful
interface/tool. Therefore I decided to see what else was available and
came across Subversive, and I have to say it looks better, seems a little
faster, and generally nicer to user.
However, I have a problem.....
I removed Subclipse and installed Subversive, then checked out my project
afresh using the Find/Checkout As option to use the project wizard.
Everythings fine. However when I try and create a branch, everything
completes correctly, but if I view the repository, inside branch directory
is a directory with my branch name, but inside that rather than seeing
project, there is a directory called trunk, and the project is inside that.
Any ideas?

Hello Tom,
Could you please provide following info:
1. Your repository sctructure, e.g.
[Root]/
trunk/
branches/
foo-1/
foo-2/
trunk
[project]
where [project] is interesting project.
2. How do you call Branch action e.g. from Package Explorer, Synchronize
View, SVN Repositories View etc.?
3. What exactly do you fill in Branch field in "Create Branch" dialog, e.g.
"my_branch_1"?

Might this be related to https://bugs.eclipse.org/246268? That bug is
about tags, but it is not difficult to imagine that the same goes for
branches as well
