ODA Extensions and BIRT Article Series [message #364180]

Possibly it would be good to remove the other entries at birt-exchange,
as the reference to eclipse-magazine seems invalid now.

Could they also be linked from http://wiki.eclipse.org/Articles(BIRT) instead of dead versions?
