When you say "updated", I assume that you mean you've downloaded and
installed Eclipse 3.2. Did you also install the Visual Editor component?
The best way to do this would be to use the update manager.
BTW: this is probably not the right group for this question. Though, I
have to admit, I'm not really sure what the one perfect group would
be... probably newcomers or ve...
