We are trying to install Eclipse in a DEV environment on an older Win Server 2012 and getting the following error. Has anyone else received this error and what was required to resolve it?

java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: Could not load SWT library. Reasons:
C:\Eclipse Install\eclipse-jee-2024-09-R-win32-x86_64\eclipse\configuration\org.eclipse.osgi\800\0\.cp\swt-win32-4966r5.dll: The specified procedure could not be found
