Papyrus Perspective Not Showing Up [message #1861622]

I have installed Papyrus, and cannot figure out why the Papyrus perspective won't appear. I have tried installing Papyrus directly and through the Eclipse Marketplace and both seem to successfully install, but don't add the perspective to the list. I am not an advanced developer, and completely new to Eclipse, so I don't know enough to figure out the problem.

Dear Steven,

the installation instructions are for Papyrus RT (real-time) on top of an outdated Eclipse Mars. The Papyrus RT customization has not been maintained. Unless you really want the specific Papyrus RT variant, go to https://eclipse.dev/papyrus/download.html and download an RCP or install Papyrus from an update site. Please note, that Papyrus is not available for Eclipse 2023-09.
