Tutorial directions give error [message #1860346]

Hello everyone. I followed the exact directions in the tutorial section.
When I try to Run it gives the following error. Please help.

pnpm install finished successfully!

operable program or batch file.

WARN Local package.json exists, but node_modules missing, did you mean to install?

Run pnpm install first in ui.html project from command line
