M2T on Sirius Web [message #1857770] Fri, 24 February 2023 07:56 Go to next message

Hello all!

I'm considering using Sirius Web in an academic project, but I didn't find some docs about how to make model-to-text transformations, is it possible?
Specifically, can I generate code from diagrams?

Thanks,
Carlos.

Hi

Sirius provides a graphical editor for a model.

The Acceleo, Xtend, JET (as part of EMF) projects provide alternative M2T capabilities. (It is also possible to use M2M projects such as ATL, Epsilon, QVTo, QVTd for M2T.)

These activities are nominally independent, except in so far as they can 'communicate' via an EMF-based model.

You may integrate your M2T as a menu action within your Sirius editor.

Regards

Ed Willink
