I can't run Eclipse on Linux. When I try to open it from files, it says"an error occurred while loading the archive". I exported it thinking that might open it; could that be the issue?
In any case, I downloaded Eclipse but I just can't open it for whatever reason. I'm trying to install it for the first time.
Please help, I'd really appreciate it!!

You're getting it (the installer or one of the packages) from here?
