Assume you have a function:

int add(a, b)
int a;
int b;
{
 return a + b;
}

Is there a way for the formatter to change it from the old style to the newer style such as:

int add(int a, int b)
{
  return a+b;
}

Looks like there is no such way. Could not find any info on the internet. :|
