when install new Software in eclipse 2021-09 org.eclipse.equinox.p2.core.ProvisionException occurred

Unable to read repository at https://download.eclipse.org/releases/2021-09/compositeContent.xml.

PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target

This should have nothing to do with the eclipse version
Now we use zscaler for online authentication
Since using zscaler, I can't access the network in eclipse. What should I do

This type of problem is always caused by unrecognized certificates. Often that happens in a corporate setting where the firewall introduces certificates in the network traffic (for your safety and comfort). You'd need to import the certificate into your Java runtimes cacerts as described here:
