Hello
So if wanted to use the newest installer but it wont load. Wenn i get the application directly from eclipse it doesnt work to. Older version do work.

At six and half years old, your operating system version is no longer supported by Eclipse, or Apple for that matter. You'll need
to upgrade it, or stick to older unsupported releases.

You can find older versions at https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/release . I don't know how to do the same with an installer.
