We were updating our eclipse version from 4.16 to 4.22. We were using the downloadable PDE and JDT runtime binaries from 4.16 (https://archive.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops4/R-4.16-202006040540/) and we could not see it anymore in 4.22 (https://archive.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops4/R-4.22-202111241800/). May we know were can we download this binaries or what can we use in replace of them?

These binaries are no longer provides as zip files: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=568719

They should be pulled from p2 sites.

Note that for the next release there will be an "All" zip of the full repository like this:
