How to install IBM Liberty Developer tools 21.0.0.10 or later in Eclipse [message #1849510]

I would like to support JDK17. And from some link, seems that only liberty 21.0.0.10 or later supports JDK17.
I tried to install IBM Liberty Developer tools 21.0.0.10 or later in Eclipse 2021-12 in MAC. But found in Eclipse marketplace, the latest IBM Liberty Developer tools is 21.0.0.9.
So, IBM Liberty Developer tools 21.0.0.9 does not support JDK17. Right?
If so, how to install IBM Liberty Developer tools 21.0.0.10 or later to Eclipse?
