I am running Windows 10, I have installed all of the General Purpose Tools as well as the Windows Builder Tools but I have an empty palette. I have removed Eclipse and reinstalled but this hasn't helped. I have also installed this on another machine to still have the same problem. I have also edited my ini file previously as some articles suggested but that just ruined Eclipse for me.

PLEASE HELP......
