Hi,
I've followed this topic to install Eclipse & BIRT :

Page 8 of attached document (sorry in French ... but not much text :) )
you can see a problem "Cannot perform operation".

Page 9 you will see topic not installed.
I tried on my own PC at home, and got same problem than in office with my enterprise PC.

Page 12 : So when I select New > Other, the menu item BIRT does not appear.

It will be great to be helped please.
