Many editors and IDEs have the option to remove trailing whitespace from lines upon saving the file. I cannot find any such option in Eclipse. Is this not possible?

Window -> Preferences... -> Java -> Editor -> Save Actions -> Configure... -> Code Organization -> Remove trailing whitespace -> All lines

But there's no option to do this for all types of files?

(I'm using this mostly for PHP/CSS/JS/HTML, and Python.)
