I can't create a workspace on OneDrive Documents folder, but I can create a workspace outside of Documents.
the folder (folder inside Documents folder) is read-only.
create a workspace anywhere in Documents, and it didn't work, but it worked outside of Documents.
What do I do?

Storing your workspace on a cloud or network drive is a recipe for disaster. Just put it somewhere else.

Does it really matter why it's a bad idea? Something that's on a network can fail and is is of course not only much slower but also much less reliably available than something local on a physical drive on the same hardware as the processor. You've already seen the problems so best to avoid that.
