Hi,

I followed the Trace Compass developer guide to create a new trace type ( http://archive.eclipse.org/tracecompass/doc/org.eclipse.tracecompass.doc.dev/Implementing-a-New-Trace-Type.html#Implementing_a_New_Trace_Type).
I then export the plugin as a fragment an put in trace-compass-6.3.0-20210310-2219-win32.win32.x86_64\trace-compass\plugins folder.
When i create a new tracing project and then right click on Traces[0] to import a trace, my new trace type does not appear in the trace type list. There is just the basic trace type format ( BTF, common trace format, pcap trace ).
I suppose that my plugin is not loaded correctly.
Is there anything else to do to add new trace type in TraceCompass ?

I solved my problem by editing the file bundles.info and add my plugin into it.
I understand that it is not the correct way to add a plugin but for now it works :)
