I have a report made in Birt that needs to be shared to be exported to excel format. So, I shared to my colegues the link from "copy link", but when they try to export it, the file does not download. If I do it directly from knowage report designer (Birt), navegating through the functionalities folders it works good. Any idea about what´s bad? any configuration missing?
