I'm ripping my hair out over what seems like it should be a simple fix. I have a report with a number of optional parameters. Ordinarily, the parameters default to having the "Null Value" radio button selected.

But I changed the prompt text on two parameters, and now the "Null Value" radio button is not selected (see attached). How do I restore the previous default behavior?
