Unable to Pass Parameter in URL [message #1838582]

I have created a dataset and in the where clause I am using:

where users = ?

Then I create a parameter in the parameter section of Edit Datasets. It requires a default value which I add.

When I run the report I add ? and the name of the parameter and the value and all I get is the report runnign with the default value.

Any help please?
