Hi Everyone

Thanks in advance for your help.

I am desperately trying to get the MQTT mosquito broker running on my win10 pro PC. I have googles and looked in this forum but have not come across anything that has solved the issue. I have successfully installed and downloaded the dependencies. i can connect to the broker with MQTT.fx and explorer and sub and pub work as expected internally.
I have also added inbound and outbound firewall rules to open port 1883.

I can not connect to the broker from another local PC using .fx or explorer.
and the device that is already set up with a sub topic, does not respond to any input from MQTT.fx.

i am getting this error (see below) which I suspect is what is stopping MQTT from working.
C:\Program Files\mosquitto>mosquitto -v
1614017233: mosquitto version 2.0.7 starting
1614017233: Using default config.
1614017233: Starting in local only mode. Connections will only be possible from clients running on this machine.
1614017233: Create a configuration file which defines a listener to allow remote access.
1614017233: Opening ipv4 listen socket on port 1883.
1614017233: Error: Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted.

1614017233: Opening ipv6 listen socket on port 1883.
1614017233: Error: Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted.

Hopefully some one can point me in the right direction?

Thankyou
