I'm able to create native image with SWT, now I want to try build a native GEF application.
The problem is, I don't think GraalVM is able to handle RCP. so probably need to modify GEF source.
The application will use SWT and Skija, it won't use JavaFX, which version woulbe be better choice, GEF 5 or 3?

In either case, GEF 5. But if you are not bound to RCP, why not directly use GEF 5 on JavaFX (without the SWT integration)?

It's OpenGL application, I don't think JavaFX works well with SWT or OpenGL.
