getting attached errors everytime while installing eclipse on my machine

I'm not sure where you got this installer. The latest download are like this:

https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=/oomph/epp/2020-12/R/eclipse-inst-jre-win64.exe

I.e., there is '-jre' in the name because it contains a JRE and cannot produce the error message from your first and second attachment.

The third attachment is seems mutually exclusive with the first two, given here you have the installer running. Something failed and there "Show Log" link without which I cannot tell you why it failed. A common problem on Windows is overly aggressive virus scanners and firewalls.
